The Brief

The Great Holiday Home Show returned in 2023 to a new home at Harrogate showground and Victory knew they wanted to make a big impression.

It was incredibly important that their area stood apart from the competition and delivered a uniquely Victory experience for delegates attending both the public and trade days. With over 10,000 delegates attending over 6 live days, this was a huge moment in Victory’s calendar to push their brand and reputation as innovators in the industry as well as show off their new new product range.

With over 20 homes to site, designing the space to give guests the best possible journey was going to be crucial.

The Solution

After coming up with 3 concepts to share with Victory, we settled on creating their very own holiday park within their stand space – the Victory Holiday Village.

We then set to work on bringing the space to life. The homes were positioned throughout the site to ensure maximum exposure and engagement from attendees, and give them a journey of discovery around the site with moments of surprise and delight throughout.

As well as showcasing the homes, it was important that we gave attendees an authentic holiday park experience as they moved around the space. We created this through theming and activations at every turn, from a photo moment with swing chairs, an archery area, a kids playground area and even a real life boating lake! We wanted to make sure that the space was interesting for the whole family so we designed a woodland adventure trail around the whole site which guests could explore with branded pocket maps.

As well as these activations we also created a beautiful catering area, designed to be a space where the Victory team could meet with customers as well as giving a space for familes to relax and refuel.

The Results

The event was a huge success with fantastic feedback from both trade and public attendees alike.  The Victory site was jam-packed throughout the 6 live days and new enquiries and orders kept rolling in.

As well as theis we achieved the initial objective of delivering a “uniquely Victory” experience. As Shirin Kemp, Victory’s Marketing & PR Director commented – “Feedback has been so positive. Not only have we created something special that shows off our products, we’ve also given everyone a true Victory brand experience.”
