Putting Gainsight’s Pulse Europe on the map

Pulse Europe

The Brief

Gainsight needed support with full end-to-end event management for their annual Pulse Europe event held at the iconic Tobacco Dock in London. This was the biggest audience to ever attend, with delegates flying in from across the globe, so it was crucial that delegates would have the best possible Pulse experience.

The Solution

Working as an extension of Gainsight’s team, we designed and produced a holistic experience with 6 breakout areas and over 20 expo stands to pack as much punchy content as possible into the three days at Tobacco Dock.

Embracing the company value of ‘childlike joy’, we sprinkled a little magic throughout the whole event. As we supported with every aspect, we were able to weave tiny noticeable things and amazing activations through the event to surprise and delight every single attendee present.

With over 1000 delegates to consider, we curated flexible delegate journeys with different audiences in mind to ensure everyone had an amazing experience.

We even had time to squeeze in an Apres ski themed Pulse Party during the evening of the first day, complete with an open air ice rink! A great way for delegates to connect in a more informal setting.

The Results

The event was a huge success – this is what stakeholder Remco de Vries (VP, Global Demand Generation) had to say:

“I’ve been to Pulse before but I had never seen this event up close, as an organizer. And I have to say: WOW. The amount of work done by the event teams, and the on-site staff to make sure every attendee has the BEST experience and every session is prepared to bring the most value to its audience is inspiring.

“We had dozens of customer meetings where we gathered feedback on their needs, recent wins, and the conference itself. Beyond business, attendees more than welcomed the diversity of speakers on stage across disciplines, roles, and functions.

We learned more about each other, too, and connected on a human level at the happy hours and of course, the Pulse party. Is there a better way to connect than inside an igloo or on an ice skating rink? We think not.

And more than that, Gainsight came across as an inclusive and engaged international company.”

There were so many highlights from Pulse Europe 2022 that it’s difficult to narrow them down! Being back together again in person and seeing firsthand the new friendships and connections being made was wonderful. Moreover, the challenges, vulnerability, successes, and insights shared were incredible and moved me profoundly, not just from a business perspective but also on a human level.
